If you need to reschedule or cancel your Personal Reading or Mini Reading, please try and do so 24 hrs before your scheduled time. 

By booking a reading you acknowledge that if you do not show up or request or re-booking 24 hrs before your scheduled time, a refund will not be given.

Erin Marie acknowledges that unforeseen emergencies can come up and as a result refunds will be given on a case-by-case bases.

If Erin Marie is unable to connect to your energy during your reading, and you are completely unhappy with your Personal Reading or Mini Reading,  a refund will be given.

Erin Marie may not be the right medium for you and if this is the case, she will direct you to other possibilities.

By purchasing a reading you acknowledge that Erin Marie does not claim that everything is or will always be 100% accurate.
